Mirador De La Flor
Dedicated to Selena in May of 1997, the memorial known as Mirador de la Flor (overlook of the flower) was created for Selena fans all over the world to appreciate. The Selena statue faces out towards the water behind the memorial, and she is featured in one of her outfits which can been seen in one of her Tejano Music Awards performances. Due to vandalism (none that is offensive, but infact was written to Selena and her family), a barrier was set up around the main attraction at Mirador.
People who have gone to Mirador de la Flor, say that you can feel Selena's presence upon your arrival there.
Behind the memorial on a lower level is the Paseo de la Flor (flower walk way), which features tiles hand-painted by children of the state of Texas, who loved Selena.

Days Inn Motel
Selena Quintanilla Perez has many tributes on the walls of the Days Inn motel in Corpus Cristi especially those on the door of the hotel room where she was shot.
With what power she could find, Selena was said to have carried herself to the hotel lobby... and sadly with her last breath, Selena was believed to have identified Y.S. as her murderer.
Thousands of people went to view Selena at her public funeral.
All the flowers were donated.
Selena's grave is located at the Seaside Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
At her grave site, you are guaranteed to find it adorned with flowers. On the plaque over Selena's grave, reads:
